Jasmine Liu describes her IMC Summer Residency experience working with the Messaging Team at US Cellular. She developed several customer analyses to target audiences for marketing campaigns. She led a SMS Blast - Right size & Up sell campaign based on her analysis, and got an instant 3.5% customer response rate. This campaign has been rolled out as an "Evergreen" campaign that will be conducted each quarter. She also supported the Messaging Team to develop, execute and measure a variety of direct marketing campaigns including three direct mails and one bill insert. In addition, she conducted competitive research on new product development and pricing assessment. Finally, she did an internal communication project targeting the front-line associates and customer service associates to raise their awareness and excitement of the messaging products.
