READ FIRST!!!!1 Shortly after the banning of Blaziken Smogon's hammer of ban hits once again and Probopass gets moved to UBER tier. The following is a statement from Smogon officials:
"The current Steel dominating metagame can't handle Probopass, its Magnet Pull ability and deadly movepool. It over-centralizes the metagame and it's no longer safe to run any other Steel-types. This leads to even higher usage of OP Dragons, thus unbalanced metagame. Probopass had to be banned."

MsGhoulz didn't specify the tier that Wobbufett was banned from. In 5th gen, it's not uber BUT it's banned from UU.
