@GGgooH there are pieces of paper barely holding them up so when the roll collides with the paper, the other roll moves forward since it has a weight leaning towards the direction in which it is supposed to go.

Technically, this isn't a Rube Goldberg machine. A true RGM accomplishes some mundane task, albeit laboriously. This is laborious, but it doesn't accomplish a mundane task.
