Great work but, why not just use the gyro and blink for the word or letter? Oh and TBO123 obviously knows nothing about computers and programming. Mac has about 5% of the market and they charge you to work with xcode. Someone should get it all to work using Wine in linux

linux sdk please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@need2revolt I'm a linux guy too! ^^

im not doubting the technology here but is it just me or are you controlling the on screen keyboard with an on screen program and not your brain? thats what it looks like to me.

An interesting concept though it would very extremely difficult to train the epoc to recognize more than 3-4 thoughts. I can only get two to recognize consistently.
60 Minutes had a segment on this a few months ago. The version they showcased used a single thought to type as the focus predictably shifted from key-to-key

this version is actually obsolete and not working. You can find a newer non working version on sourceforge. That one uses a single line to display chars.

you're right lynx9595, i'm using the emulaor since i don't have the actual device.
However the program will work with the real device too.

If Apple Mac OS is such a powerful and intuitive OS... why on earth would you not leverage it for this project?

@stimpanzee: this is just a proof of concept, more things will come with time and with user feedback. I'll consider the addition of t9 tech to this, thanks =)
@skinnyed69 @royha99: thanks guys =)
