Show Me The Way - Except Saturday 12/22/2011

December 22, 2011. Erez Cohen and Elan Kugel of Except Saturday perform at Yeshiva Ruach Hatorah's Chanuka Mesibah, where rumor has it that they ACTUALLY attended for some time.

While no one can actually verify this, it is confirmed that it was on this exact stage, exactly two years to the day, that the duo performed their then never-before-heard-on-radio single "Lecha Dodi" to throngs of their fans, who they have managed to amass even then, in their underground stages.

When asked later about how he feels playing at such a small staged venue, the velvet voiced crooner responded that although the band is now ridiculously successful and currently performs around the globe following the success of their first album "To New Beginnings," he looks forward with nostalgia to the special times he gets to play with Elan at the yeshiva, adding, "We're coming back now, to the yeshiva that we love."
