I have 30 chickens, 7 baby turkeys, no ducks =( Maybe I'll buy some. No one else around here has any =P Might be ok with turkey eggs I guess. Have to wait till next spring to find out!

It is a Thai song. Boil salted egg tastes better and safer than eating raw egg.

A couple of the other recipes I read had varying lengths of time to let them sit. My auntie asked me to leave them under my bed for two weeks. Will that just make the consistency different?

eggs in container either being kept inside or otuside the refrigerator is ok.
