How is this love vs. hate man? If someone here is showing any hate its you towards indulgence! I don't hate you, I dont like you trying to tell someone else what to do. No one has the right to tell someone else how to live their lives buddy. I promote love, peace and tolerance more than alot of other people friend, so do not label me as hate. People sometimes indulge for a spiritual experience, their is even a religion based on it. Rastafarian. Some people enjoy the spirituality of it.
Look, I really don't think Hendrix's goal was to get people to argue over his music, but to live life to the fullest, and to get others to do the same. Hendrix did, for a fact, indulge himself in alcohol and drugs, and it was an integral part of his music. Many great musicians like Jimmy Page have even said it in interviews that drugs influenced their music greatly.
i think mr. hendrix would have seen this as a tragedy..folks validating drug abuse via him instead of focusing on his music, his prophetic nature, the "message of love," the "straight ahead," the "freedom." as for drugs, we're adults; we're responsible for what we do to our minds and bodies. godblessya, jimi, godblessusall.
I think mr.Hendrix would've told you to stop trying to tell people what to do. You have no right trying to persuade anyone to do anything. especially people you don't know. What you should do is, promote what you're commenting on, instead of telling people not to do something just because you think it's bad. I know alot of people in great shape who have fun from time to time, its not like we're all going around doing crack and meth, that's what will destroy your mind and body.
Look man, drugs may have killed him, but it was because he used more than necessary, if you control and rationalize the use of it, it`s no big deal to indulge and have fun from time to time. Either way, don`t go around telling people what to or not to do, if someone wants to do drugs let them, like jimi said, `` Its me who has to die when it`s time for me to die, so let me live my life the way I want to.``
We do have sources at our fingertips, but most people find the wrong ones and read governmental propaganda because they want peoples money to go to them and not people distributing drugs. Do you really think any of those sources care if you live or die? Regardless, live your life, until time comes for you to die.
