Hurricane Rick

strong eastern pacific hurricane. will it become a Category 5? Current forecasts show that it will make it very close to Category 5, with winds peaking at or above 155 MPH by 11:00 P.M PDT. This is Advisory #8. Winds have rapidly increased from 35 MPH at Advisory 1, and now to 135 mph at Adv. 5. It is at lower Category 4 intensity.

Advisory #9: The latest Advisory for Rick. Issued at 8:00 A.M PDT. Maximum Sustained winds are at 145 MPH, which is at mid- Category 4 strength. Central Pressure continues to drop, and is now at 938 MB, which is very low. It is moving west-northwest at 12 MPH. This movement is expected to continue for the next couple of days. It is now forecast to reach Category 5 intensity late Saturday night or early Sunday Morning. Rick is forecast to turn north and make landfall on Baja,California early Thursday as a strong Category 1 or low Category 2.

When you put it that way... If I were Mexican, too, and they were bullying me, I wouldn't call them Mexicans, rather "some kids"... You're right, there could be a little more respect from both sides.

I am really sorry you had that bad experience. I have family in both sides, both races. The thing I don't agree with you is using offensive terms such as beaners (or fags) to a whole group of human beings. I know some terrible Mexicans, however, I wouldn't dare to offend the whole community because of them. We shouldn't enhace hatred. That's my point of view.

I've met a lot of really good Mexicans. Unfortunately, I live in Yuma where I am the minority by about 80%. Growing up, I'd be lucky if there were 3 white people in my class, and the Mexicans would always call us fags and bully us in groups. They grow up, and the majority join gangs and destroy everything; bathrooms, especially when they throw their used toilet paper in a corner... As far as requesting them to come here, I can't get a job because I dont speak spanish. We are offensive?

Stop posting offensive comments. Mexico recovers just as fast as the U.S.A.

Don't be rude to my people. Mexicans go to your country because you request them to. You want them to work for you for very convenient low wages. And you must know we are a brave country. We have been through a lot of trouble before and at least we are not as offensive as you are.
