  • now i dont meqan to come on rude or anything but ive watched many of your videos and its looks like you editing the videos and fast forwarding them to make it look faster, now i am a ktm rider ktms are fast but some of the movement sof your hands, head, arms etc. looks like is making really extrememly fast movements like un-natural movements. just thought i'd let youtube know

  • I have to admit, I'm flattered that you think It was THAT fast. I didn't modify any of it though. Maybe some of the jerky movements are a result of me continuing to look down at the speedometer. I was tray to keep my helmet cam on it so the viewer could reed the "95 MPH". But every time I looked down for more than a split second it seemed that another 100 yards went by. Scary!

  • Ya, that sounds right. That is, with the stock gearing, of course(14 frnt, 45ish rear). I switched to a (13frnt, 50 rear). I am now getting 95mph out of it and it's way better in the woods

  • So im getting my dads 530 (yeah im lucky but have to sell my dr) with aropovic slip on and desmoged/jetted he says he hit 115mph and there was still some left the road just ended does that soumd right?

  • I just watched one of my other vids and it looked the same. In that, my handlebars and head are moving all over the place in an erratic almost unnnatural manner. see ( ktm 530 high speed riding)I think you see it's the same as with the above vid.

  • I don't know how to fast forward it. I just uploaded it from my Contour VHOLDR helmet cam. I watched it again to see if seemed fast forwarded, and I kind of agree, it seems jerkie. Some of that could be from the fact that my bike had a head shake at high speeds. Was gonna get a stabilizer, but spent all my money on suspension. I later looked at my clutch hand and saw that my clutching was fast but not unnaturally so.

  • definatly fast forwarded

  • @blw0924 probably it was also faster than 95 mph! my ktm 125 supermoto hits 90mph!! a 530 gets much more!!

  • @abmshafiq same for me with a stock 2008 EXC-R 530. 176km/h is about 109mph.

  • im at sea level and the 530 could do 176km/h (~109miles/hr), on a supermoto set-up, 15/45 sprockets, all stock.. i believe it can do just a tad bit more..

  • @bigben400 my guess is that is about 108mph. Pretty damned fast! For over 20 years I have dreamed of the day that a REAL dirt bike could legally ride on the street. It has finally happened with the KTM 530 EXC.

  • I've had my 2010 530exc with jd jet kit, emissions shit off, fmf ti slip-on and 14/48 gearing doing 174 km/h on flat pavement
