also i love how it says it takes time to be an expert barista, i learned in a couple weeks and customers tell me all the time its great. in the leaflets in store its says we are all sent to the training base in edinburgh...are we hell lol trained in store by other staff lol

im a student but i have a part time job at costa. cant say i appreciate being compared to a monkey tho. hate this advert, totally misses the point, they could have done better! :s

I think I do - Costa uses cheap Robusta beans and is a cynical bit of Whitbread trying to make bucks but the coffee's as bad as the beer
