No band will ever be a second U2! Their lyrics, sound and passion are one of a kind in music. Nowadays, music is fickle and emotion being shown is phony for the purpose of the ballad they're singing.
Bono's passion for his lyrics show in his eyes whilst singing. That's what i think 'makes' a song.
