I watched another bow hunting video of a bragging how he got his first bow kill. It was a coyote. He shot it in the dead with an arrow. after reading all the comments I'd say that 98% of the hunters were angry at the guy for shooting the dog in the head. apparently it causes it alot of pain. To me that says that majority of the hunters have respect for the animals they hunt.

Let me clarify for everyone who HASN'T been turkey hunting.
You shoot it in the torso with a bow just like you would a deer and other game.
You shoot in the head with a shotgun.
You're crazy if you hunt them with a rifle.

@elgostine an arrow isn't a bullet, its not going to go clean through the skull for instant kill. anyway thats what another hunter said. I wouldn't know. I love achery. I love my recurve. but i've never shot at an animal and I never plan on doing so. peace.

? Are you shooting out of a double bull bling\d? I am having trouble shooting my recurve out of mine because my top limb tip hits the roof, it is a 60" recurve, any advice!! ltr

Yes it's a DB. You probably need the Recurve DB, which is taller than a standard DB.
