I bought this program years ago, with the audio visual course, and I haven't been using it for a while, and now that I have tried to open it, all that shows up is a gray screen, definitely not what is supposed to show up. Is there something that should be changed to our Flash to make it work, or is there an update or some way I can get another copy? Because I'm suspecting it is one of those things or that it has been affected by there being newer versions of Flash now?

@Sandy33569 Hi Sandy. Yes, unfortunately when adobe updated their flash player, it interfeered with the program. We did revise it once the issue was identified, so I can send you a copy of that, but we actually have an even better upgrade coming out that should be up next week! We have filmed all of the exercises and have them in MP4s that you can play on your ipod! Keep an eye on your emails for details of how you can upgrade for free :)

i just bought this and i cant wait to get started! the only problem is... well i sort of closed the page with the link to get all the sheets of the book... i really need them!
