Absolutely, stochastics can stay overbought or oversold for a long time if the trend is strong enough. I always recommend using it more for risk management than as a trading signal.
Everyone is expecting a pullback. I think its important to let the market tell us rather than try to predict. We just keep doing what is working, which is buying the dips, until proven wrong. So far, it hasn't proven wrong, yet. Good luck.
stochastics can embed right?...meaning they show the trend is gaining strength and not just over sold. But anyway lots of people are getting chopped and I think we have not made the big move because everyone is expecting it!
