I thought grains were bad for you? causing inflammation?

Great video! I'm sprouting some seeds right now, and think I'll make some raw granola like this. @AlanSunrider, food is considered raw when the enzymes are preserved. Dehydrating is a way to do this and most people use a temp of 115 +/- to preserve the enzymes while giving food a 'cooked' texture.

This guy is way too excited, very annoying

Wish I owned a dehydrator. don't think I'd use it much though... dehydrated foods tear my stomach/GI up. I prefer moist foods. This looks very easy to make. THX for sharing!!!

so heres a question guys. if youre cooking your granola at 115 how is that considered raw?
-
What if you don't own a dehydrator ?

Looks yummy!

K I made this today, oats, s+d almonds, pumpkin seeds, honey, maple syrup, agave, coconut, and coconut oil. It tasted AMAZING! I kept eating it and eating it, however I put it in the dehyrator and I come home and it smells like actual vomit in my kitchen, like I'm gagging from the smell. So I get over it and try it, and it tastes just as bad as the smell. What the ???
Why bother dehydrating? Like she said, "I wanna dive in already" when it was still moist & sticky. I wanted to dive in too.
Get your minds out of the gutter folks. Don't bother thumbing me down. Wholesome intentions--I promise. ;-)

mmmm i would totally put some raw almond milk over it with some fresh sliced bananas. and use agave nectar instead of honey since i'm a raw vegan. :)
