Youre better off getting some greens superfood powder. Your body can assimilate that shit way better than pills. Not to mention I bet most of the vitamins in these are synthetic.

Are you doing this review from your car? Really? I've actually been doing some research on Multi Vitamins for Men as well and I'm about to start a test out on a product called Jigsaw Complete. It looks much more promising than GNC Mega Men as I've taken that in the past and is no good. As I work next door to a GNC and they are generally morons and don't know jack about personal health. I will update to let you know if these are better.
