  • Negative emotion=needs not met. So true! Adults can do this too. We all have needs that don't get met.

Would you mind doing a video on skills we can use to meet our needs? If you're in a meltdown, what is the process to figuring out which need isn't getting met? When you figure out what your need is, what are steps you can take to meet them?

I'm SO grateful for the messages you're spreading.Your children are lucky to have a healthy and caring mom! Everyone needs to hear your message <3 <3 <3

  • I don't have kids--but I find the info you're providing here to be invaluable for everyone. For one, many of us have been taught that our feelings and experiences are wrong or invalid. I am now learning for myself, in my 30's, that my experiences and feelings are valid. I completely agree that we are responsible for our feelings. We also aren't taught how to manage our feelings.
