Wowzers.... I talked for like 19 minutes!! I cut it down to 15 something. Well, after watching this blog you won't have to ask me "how are you doing Lisa?" or "do you want to do a video with me?" or "how's the doc coming along" because you will know the answer to all of those questions and much much more than you ever wanted to know.

Love the long video. I know how easy it is to commit to fab things & projects & then be like CRAP I cant do all that & ME. Under promising is KEY. I learned that with my daughter early on (kids are great teachers.) She would say you promis all the time then we dont do it. I realized then to try to be my word most of the time, I fail sometimes but I read this book: How to Say No Without Feeling Guilty: And Say Yes to More Time, and What Matters Most to You. Changed my oulook. You are my DreamGuru

when your cancer free birthday alot of cancer survivors also celebrate that day too,i started to write again too this past month to deal with my grandpa dieing and passing away . it's good that utube gives 15 minutes to rant now so you don't have to edit out as much. you have learned the power of saying no and that nothing is guaranteed in life . thing break people die , deadlines are missed ,the most important thing to remember life gos on .
