@dsmashh, cool, we need to purchase healthcare in the US. It's rather expensive too unless you work at a place that has good coverage.

i have just started mtn biking but i used to ride motorcross so it seems easy on most mountain bike trails

Didn't mean to sound that agressive re: the broken bone thing.
On the other vid thing... In retrospect, a vid on effective braking may have been useful when I was starting out - eg learning to feather brakes on downhills rather than slamming the brakes on creating locked wheels and skidding. Also to practice doing your braking/ gear changing before the turn/ tricky section. Generally if you feel able to stop your bike if things get hairy you feel more in control.

Just out of curiosity - with all those hospital bills what have you managed to break over the years?
Leaves? Dont forget weather totally changes the way your bike handles over the same bit of terrain.
For beginners, something on carrying speed through corners and tips on racing your friends over short distances would be appreciated.

hey do a vid on how to stretch before and after a ride
I think that I will take that as a compliment....lol

Hi Hydra, I haven't broke any bone Mtb'ing...and don't plan too! I Mtb within my limits and know what I can and can't do. I also watch my speed and only go 'fast' when it's relatively safe to do so.
I may remake this vid as I could have had a lot more examples of trail conditions as you mentioned. Since I do these 'live', I don't have a script and just say what's on the top of my mind...
As far as racing your friends, you can easily beat them by just training alone. Check out Intervals...

Hi Hons77, what stretches are you doing before/after riding? Quad and Hamstring stretches?
