I had just left this place when I heard the call on the radio so I did a u-turn and went back. I got there before the officer. There was a moment where I considered putting the camera down and helping him get the cuffs on the guy. The officer told me that he would rather go hand to hand than taser someone unless it was absolutely necessary.
