Chris Krueger discusses some basic elements of proper form to train the triceps, grip strength and core stability, core strength, with body weight dips on the parallel bars, also called also called dips. You can add weight to the lift by using a weight vest or belt. You can transform you body and life your best life possible. It's important for all of us to reach and strive for our true potential. We should be fit, fast, and strong, natural athletes. We should look, feel and be our best. @13andincrediblycut Dear Andy Harglesis, I'm an all-natural athlete and I don't appreciate your slanderous assertion otherwise. I don't even take supplements or eat protein bars, and you think that that I would inject myself with steroids?. In fact, I have several videos that openly condemn steroid use. Also, my viewers SHOULD AIM to to be fit, fast and strong all-natural athletes. My entire channel is dedicated to helping people look, feel and be their very best.
