I could probably withstand it.......I have nerve damage to both feet.

Try going for one of these massages while having a completely straight face without any twitching of the rest of the body from all the excruciating pain.
Truthfully enough, after that half an hour of torture, my body felt lighter and the pain that was previously in both my feet were gone. It's like the guy replaced my feet with two new ones.

I really don't understand why it has to hurt sooo much to be effective. I've had "reflexology" treatments with massage that was relaxing AND theraputic.

Does it ever get easier or will it always hurt a lot?

@samuelq1 At the start of the video there is a guy in the background, he has been having it done for 10 years and it still hurts him. BUT he has never been ill in that time and he only has one kidney.

@boucoupthick504 It hurts, a lot. Laughing is from the rest of us watching each other go through the pain.

He uses his hands and also some tools that look like spinning tops, with a point of varying sizes and roundness (actually they are all really pointy) and then a couple of others for specific parts of the foot. Only tickles if you have no pain sensors.

is it painful?

@oliliburd Just a bit - actually a lot. The guy that you see doing it says most people don't visit him twice but those that do come back for many years. He was recommeded by someone that had been to see him for 15 years. When we were there another guy was being seen to, he had been coming for 10 years.
