The proof isn't so much in the stories passed down through genations of Lemba, or even the archaeological/palaeontologica­l evidence. It's in the DNA. The Lemba are genetically descended from Israelites, among others. THAT'S the proof. Unfortunately some Jews are so racist that they just won't accept it no matter how much proof is given.
