AuPairCare, www.aupaircare.com, is the premier U.S. provider of international au pairs. In 1989, AuPairCare became one of the first agencies designated by the United States Department of State to legally sponsor au pairs to come to the United States. Since then, we've made more than 30,000 successful au pair live in nanny placements across the U.S. Our au pairs come from over 40 countries and have been fully screened by our overseas representatives. AuPairCare aupairs all have previous child care experience, speak English, and have a sincere interest in living with an American family. Most importantly, they love children and enjoy spending time with them.

AuPairCare is the au pair agency division of Intrax Cultural Exchange, a family of companies devoted to cultivating international understanding through cultural exchange and educational travel, with operations in over 60 countries worldwide. Our sister companies organize work travel programs, arrange student homestays, and provide English language instruction through a network of English schools.

With over 18 years of experience, AuPairCare (www.aupaircare.com) has successfully placed more than 30,000 au pairs with American families throughout the United States. As one of the first au pair agencies designated by the U.S. Department of State, AuPairCare has an extensive network of professional staff committed to bringing you the very best au pair service possible. AuPairCare will assist with the au pair selection process, sponsor a visa and handle travel arrangements for your au pair live in nanny and provide local support throughout the program. AuPairCare is committed to providing your family with the best au pair experience possible.

AuPairCare is the premier au pair agency & provider of au pair live in nanny services in the U.S. for several reasons:
Quality Pre-Screened AuPairs - All of our au pairs are carefully screened and have previous childcare experience.
Affordable Live-In Childcare - AuPairCare au pairs are typically less than day care or a nanny service and provide personalized childcare at a very economical hourly rate. Plus your au pair can look after several children at no additional cost.
Find an AuPair - We understand that families want to review applications from a diverse selection of au pairs before deciding which au pairs they would like to interview. Our award-winning online matching system, Family Room, gives your family 24-hour access to au pair profiles that are pre-selected based on your family's needs.
AuPair Services and Support - Your local representative is there to assist your family every step of the way; from selecting an au pair to providing support and guidance throughout the program.
AuPair Training - To ensure a solid knowledge of child development and safety our au pairs attend an extensive orientation and training program in New Jersey.

  • Au pair is bullshit, what is A weekly stipend of $195.75 going to do?its just modern day cheap labor...andyou can not complain!

  • @mivitae

1/ If the rules are followed you don't clean things not related to the kids. After it, it's your problem to not accept a match with a host family that doesn't have the same point of view that you have

2/ About $200 is not so much money BUT, we get $500 to help to pay for our classes, we don't pay the insurance of the car we drive, we don't pay our food, we don't pay for the place we live in... So maybe it's not much money but ur money is for shopping, travelling and few personnal items

  • Around $800 per month is double the amount of money I am currently earning as an au pair in Spain right now. Granted, I do have every weekend off, every evening off and 3 mornings off a week. The only problem with me and doing this in the US if the fact I don't drive. Understandable but at the same time frustrating because I have never lived anywhere where I need to drive.

  • AuPair is really bullshit. In Germany they pay only €260 per month.

  • 200 US$ a week is more than enough, taking in consideration that you don't have to pay for anything else than personal items and such. This isn't slavery and it's not like you HAVE to go to the college. It's just a service provided if you feel like doing it. Stop whining.
