I got a Bambbo Tablet, that didn't come with Corel Painter Essentials 4. It said it was on the sleeve of the disc, which it wasn't. I looked into the Bamboo dock, and there it was! So if you don't know where it is, head to the dock.

my program doesnt let me have the option to do draw & painting at the beginning any ideas why? ive already re-installed it and it still doesnt let me

@keithtreason If you don't have the serial you'll probably need to buy it again, if you have the serial download a trial of the same version and use your serial with it. Also you can take the disk to a place where they remove the scratches (but you need the serial anyways). I don't know exactly how they give you your serial number (email, stickers, some document???), so I may be wrong.

My disk that came with my tablet got scratched up from moving. Now I have a new computer and can't re-install it. Is there anyway I could get a new copy besides having to re-buy?

@billiebrooks4eva Buy one on e-Bay for really cheap!! :D I found one that was ONLY 9 FRIKKIN DOLLARS (new, unopened, unused, and the newest, best kind: Bamboo Pen and Touch.) but I couldn't get it because it was for Mac computers only. :(

i got CTE-440 tablet from my friend which is used and tried to install corel painter essential 2 but doesnt open.... is it because i have window vista? not window XP or 2000?

Be sure to enter the license key, which is affixed to the sleeve of the Installation DVD.
