  • Ya eat alot of cheese for your healthy protein diet. Nevermind egg whites.

  • ur shit

  • This person is an idiot.

  • I find her advice to be horrible....bodybuilders and athletes (natural ones) take in 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight...that is usually over 6-8oz of meat...

  • Chicken, Turkey, Fish for protein. Vegetables and Fruits for essential vitamins and minerals, and Brown Rice for carbs. Nuff said.

  • @BluecollarAtheist LOL and they had enought strength to drag the Ho's around by their hair

  • Cavemen didn't eat grains. NUFF said

  • why whats wrong with meat?

  • Carbs fuel your body for your workouts you only need 15 grams extra a day of protein if your lifting weight. Because it takes 100 grams of protein to make 1 pound of muscle. So if you take in 15 grams extra a day thats 105 grams in a week. People that actually do need about 60% more protein are marathon runners. Becuase instead of using fat and carbs for an energy source it starts using protein. So yes extreme marathon runners do need more protein then ANY athlete even more then a bodybuilder.

  • Why a high protein diet? You only need 57 grams of protein even if your an olympic athlete. You should be eating ALOT of complex carbs. Lots of fiber. I hate it when people take tons of protein shakes because its just extra calories that you dont need and extra calories is extra fat on your body you dont want. I thought this girl was going to tell us to eat tons of protein but im glad i was wrong :) Carbs fuel your body for your workouts you only need 15 grams extra a day of protein if your lift
