@josiahgust ye he is. If I am not mistaking him for someone else he works with roadrunner and i think a few other labels. He works with racer x during many of their studio recordings and with paul with his solo albums as well. Even when he left.

the 80's was the supreme decade for shredding, sweep picking, and soloing. seriously, joe satriani, symphony x, cacophony, yngwie malmsteen, michael angelo batio, steve vai, and so many others defined the shredding genre. makes me jealous how good these guys are.
