The rise of gun violence in the Philippines is being blamed on the country's notoriously slow judicial system.

Legal action is costly and can take years and as a result, many people resort to murder as a means of settling grievances.

  • justice system is slow and cannot be trusted, police is innept and likewise could not be trusted, what then could an ordinary filipino expect?

    hired guns are used by anybody on either side of the law in that country.
