Thank you for sharing this with us! It was definitely interesting to hear the difference in sound between the two. On the standard R53 S the s/c whine is more pronounced which is likely due to the smaller diameter pulley (17% vs GP JCW at roughly 14-15%) and the quieter stock manifold. Because of how quiet the GP whine was with the same JCW intake I'm assuming the R53 S had the flapectomy while the GP has not?
