It was 3,200 rmb per month. I moved out of it in October 2009, but I really loved it. It was near Huashan Park in Futian District. It pays to look at MANY apartments before you take one. For that same price there are good ones and some very old, filthy ones. It's odd in Shenzhen with apartments -- landlords don't clean apartments at all before trying to rent them out. So it's hard to get a good impression of an apartment when they're all so dirty.
