Es que eso se llama hacer el ridículo.Un presidente de gobierno SÍ está obligado a tener un buen nivel en el manejo de idiomas,porque no se representa solo a él,sino a todo un país.Yo si aprendo inglés es o porque me guste o porque lo necesite en mi trabajo.Y él sí que lo necesita,y sin embargo su nivel de inglés no es bajo,es PÉSIMO.

In fact english is already the common language for all human beings.One army, one police,one language, one country and we its citizens. La Policía Nacional ha detenido a un joven de 35 años de edad, de nacionalidad ecuatoriana, a quien se le conoce con el apodo de La Roca, como presunto autor del atraco a un taxista que tuvo lugar el pasado mes de agosto en Palma.
