If you don't get an "Create AAC" option and something like "Create MP3" you must change your convertion settings.

Edit --> Preferences --> Import Settings (on the first page) --> Select AAC encoder.

Option should now be there.

i did this and it worked, the files and everything , but i sync'd my iphone 4s and the song didnt appear under the ringtone bit in the general settings, help?
