It is the R1 and R2,because the R1 is the sprint button and R2 is the special controls button,wich enables the player to start dribbling.This this a very useful tool for attacking and defending and must be used.

he means using L1 and R1 at the same time (super cancel) to take control of teh player recieving the ball. This means you can change the angle of his run and are more likely to get to the ball. Is not easy.

super cancel is i believe R1 + R2 is you are using ps3. just hold those buttons and you gain full control of your player whenever used
