Thousands of Sandy victims still struggling

Almost two weeks since superstorm Sandy hit the East Coast, thousands of residents are still without power, and New York City has started rationing gasoline. Mark Strassmann reports.

There is no reason...None....that FEMA & military, Civilian personnel couldn't have bulldozed roads clear to the storm damaged area & set up strategic relief sites to aid those people.
