@chaoticreign aftermarket catbacks are 2.5" tubing whereas stock is 2.25" piping. So larger pipe means better flow, more performance, and better sound.
It's a full catback. I picked it up for 500 new off ebay. Though the pipe diameter is the same as the stock exhaust I believe so it would probably sound relatively similar to just mufflers. Though it should be noted that the x-pipe added increases the flow of the exhaust so your car still wouldn't be as loud with the stock h-pipe.
