Do you believe in past lives? I wonder if perhaps your fear of being stabbed has something to do with that. I've been told that people have had deep meditation sessions in order to get in touch with their past lives, and successfully overcome their fears after coming to terms with their "death". Just a thought. ;-)

Well done for going to the Dentist. I didn't have a great birthday yesterday. I cried in the morning and cried when my older brother came round. I think I'm getting a little down. Its really hard to pick yourself up at times isn't it?

Hi hun! Just wanted to say regarding medication it can take some weeks until it settles ok, any changes in dosage can also bring on side effects, check the patient leaflet and you will see a that they should go after a few weeks, insomnia can be a common side effect, so stick with it because they sound like theyre helping you :) I hope your cats ok and it sounds like your getting out more, sometimes facing your fears like that empowers you! love to you me dear x

That is freaky about seeing the man outside the window with a knife. Gave me shivers just hearing about it. You should be very proud for leaving the house as much as you have been and are going to, Im proud of you. Hope you can get some good sleep in at some point today. =) hugs
