4 Diabolo practice video

I stayed at Folkerts for a few days last week and thanks to his throws i got to practise lots of 4 low. I seem to be stuck between 15-30 catches, my problem is ajusting the pattern and getting back into the rhythmn. Ive found that i can get longer more controlled runs with a bigger pattern, but i do plan on lowering it when i have better control. I had the same thing when learning 3 low.

The plan was to film my 4 low progression over 3 days, but it rained all through the third day. I got quite a lot of runs inside, but the angle on the camera was too bad to upload. So this is just a short video showing some 4D practise over 2 days. Not to be taken too seriously lol sorry about the cheesy video effects and music. I find it funny for some reason :P

How much harder is the self-start than the throw in?

i am really stuck and finding any rythem for a pattern. do you have any tips on how to keep it going the easiest way. it seems to me that pretty much everyone who learned 4d started with a huge pattern.

Not only the French :) 4d low is spreading and with a blast. Tomorrow I'll see a 8 year old throwing four. Very nice, indeed.
