Sonic Hacks: Eggman in Sonic 1

This is a Sonic 1 hack made by L0st.

In this Sonic 1 hack, you get to play as Eggman, the dictator. You can only walk and jump, are not affected by enemies, and cannot collect rings. Minor edits to the map for places that Eggman wouldn't fit. Really glitchy though. Anytime you "die", the game freezes, and during the act score screen, your bottom half is all glitched. It's sorta fun at first, but after a while it gets pretty boring.

what`s the difference between eggman and robotnik ? aren`t they one and the same ? i never got that straight :/

Eggman was the Japanese name, while Robotnik was the American name. The game actually came out in America first, so it was the original name. Eventually, Sega switched to using Eggman worldwide.
