Blade Runner (End Titles) Cover

Played Live.

Using Ableton Live for midi routing and launching midi clips and a few samples from the keyboards and from a midi foot pedal.

Roland MC-505 slave to Ableton plays the percussion and controls Motif XS Rack tracks volume.

All the sounds come from Access Virus Snow, Yamaha Motif XS Rack and Alesis Fusion.

Really good nice! Very smilar to the original. On the lead string synth I thought the attack was slightly too long?

Yes. The lead came from the Virus Snow using the USB outs, which had a lot of latency, and latency plus a long attack make it sound a bit delayed.

Now I use the virus with the analog outs, so in next videos I'll have this fixed.

Well played sir!! Is that Electrique's 'BladeRunner' program you are playing on the Fusion? It's great to learn how to play this one properly using the 2 notes an octave apart ( I was previously just picking out single notes by ear) ... your way makes for much fuller sound ... so close to the original ... great work, thank you:)
