Here is a new video. You all have sent me messages asking for a new video so here ya go. Sorry it took so long. I'll post a better one in a few days when I get over this cold. Im looking to work with other producers and artists, so send me a message if your trying to do a project together. Thank you for the comments, messages, and for subscribing to my channel. I'm going to do some work on it. I will start doing beatmaking videos soon. I'm about to move the studio to it's own building so once I get it set up I'll work on new videos. I'm gonna get a website made hopefully soon. I also need to find someone to make me a logo, and id like to find someone to work with on music video production.

  • lol dudes he's a pro basketball player, check out Luis Scola on Wikipedia. Professional sports salaries are in a different league than pretty much any other job - save maybe the top working actors in Hollywood; that's how he can afford all this ;) lu, hopefully you're getting some beautiful sounds out of all this man!

  • @Aerotake Na Im not that Lu Scola. Ive had this name way before hes been around!

  • Blue needs to send me some free stuff for all the advertising I do in my videos of there products. I am in no way affiliated with Blue, but it would be nice for them to send a loyal customer a new Blue Bottle to put in my next video, and not a baby bottle either.

  • For those who keep asking and inboxing me about how much my setup cost me, this is apprx. $200-$225,000 for the equipment in this video including building the vocal booth. There is also some gear not shown in the video. All my equipment was paid for by myself. I didnt use any credit cards, or get any loans to pay for anything. Actually the only thing not paid for by me was a pair of monitors my ex-gf got me for my birthday, but they were bought after this video was shot.

  • you really like blue mics that much? Get a U87 or a c800g

  • @Subaro0o theres a U87 in this video

  • This is all about the money and nothing about the music. Sure, I guess you are good at making music (atleast you should be, spending so much on gear), but why the hell would you need all this equipment? I mean. There are tons of similar midi-controllers on that desk, 3 iMacs, tons of mics, and so on. It's gear for atleast 3 well equipped studios. I do really only wish you the best in producing and all that shit, but you got to see that there's no point in keep this buy-buy-buy-style up. Peace.

  • The Lord has blessed this man..thats a gang of hardware!!

see all

  • I agree that you dont need all that gear to get the same results as you could on a much lower budget but when you talk about the gear you have i can see you have a passion for it so that was an interesting tour and i would love to have that stuff!!! peace

  • Mistake 5: Buying all this equipment you don't need. 3 iMacs? Come on, you can run a Pro Tools HD setup on a Mac Pro.

Mistake 6: A marble floor, but all that foam in the booth. You just wasted a lot of money. Not only on the booth but on the mics, and basically everything. Those mics aren't going to make a difference if that floor is sending the bass right back up! You might as well have bought a Rock Band mic.

Tl;dr you have no idea what you are doing. But good luck! :)

  • Mistake 1: Your acoustics are way out of place for such high end equipment. Those 700$ mics aren't worth a shit in a home recording booth.

Mistake 2: Spending 225,000$ on equipment when you could have spent 5,000$ and got presumably the same results.

Mistake 3: Why would you need more than 1 midi controller? The point of a controller is to do all the controlling of a software. Ever heard of G.A.S.?

Mistake 4: I am assuming you do not have any music up? Lol. You must show and prove bud!

  • Great gear man . More of a music shop than a studio thou . All that gear just to make beats seams to be a bit of an overkill . Do you have a few different songs of other music styles or is it just a beat factory .

  • why so many imacs if you dont use them?

  • You must of robbed a Guitar Center or something!!! Honestly I don't believe it doesn't make sense to have all that in one setup!

  • Even Ryan Leslie doesn't have this much equipment...

  • @LuScola123 how can you afford all this gear, since obviosuly you don't produce anyone that can make money, nor are you a mixing engineer

  • Hey nice job man. I've seen everything you have done with your studio and I'm quite frankly jealous of it. The only piece i suggest you get for the best vocals is a Shure SM7b. Not that you really need it with what you have but i like mine. I honestly would consider this studio for production. Its probably the best studio I've seen for home. So have fun my fellow musician.
