@terrybrookman not in Paris MO. It is the same design as the Paris site and same guy used to own both. Paris site got vandalized a couple years ago and they stole copper pipes. Water flooded the place and then they had a really bad mold problem. There is also problem of the local tweakers breaking in to the place.
