Burning flag by Ken (FLX50K) action must be take toward FBI

Don't waste time, take action now... report it to FBI.. I don't give damn if he's deaf... burning flag is not right thing to do.

Hi Kevin! I read your other comments too, after watching your video. I also saw FLX50K's video. Yikes! He's very angry!!!

He won't influence anybody by burning the flag. It just makes people mad. So, what does he gain? Nothing! Nothing is gained. He has won no admirers.

Whether you like it or not, flag burning is a legal form of protest in the United States, enjoying the same protection as other forms of free speech.

You people made misinformation about the burning US Flag. I see a lot people kept saying, "Ban!" Therefore, it is legal to burn the US Flag. It doesn't mean I am OK with it. It is disrespect. But it is their choice. You guys should be grateful we have the protection of speech or expression. It is not necessary to call the FBI. Hm!

Dude... I am deaf and took political class in high school and college... For people who burn America flag is legal thing to do as it's their rights. I dont think so the SWAT team going raid Ken in big time for just burn the flag. SWAT are useful for whatever group hjack the airplane, making hostage at bank and rob them, and etc.

i know its a little late for this reply... but the US Supreme Court ruled in both Texas v. Johnson, 491 U.S. 397 (1989) and United States v. Eichman, 496 U.S. 310 (1990) that burning the american flag is a form of free speech protected by the first amendment.. i wouldnt want to live in a country where id have to be afraid of being arrested for protesting aforementioned country. thats the definition of a "totalitarian state" where "free speech" is fine, unless you actually try to exercise it.
