"he who unites the three will unleash sajuuk" that doesnt sound like a prophecy. its more like instructions.

Then why not call it a platform? I thought it was a sphere simply due to the size and how curved pieces could have been one massive containment unit for a massive fusion reactor, which remained stable and became the nearby star.

Of course, as the first game shewed, a graveyard can be made in many different ways, time and generations of edition can greatly change, so it doesn't even have to be strictly Progenitor craft in the graveyard.

everyone calls it a dyson sphere, but, those rings wouldent make a sphere.

i find it more likely its just a collection of wreckage, cobbled together by the dawgs.

alternatively, it could just be one big ship, one that was not capable of moving. I don't think it could hyperspace, because the mass of the ship represents the size of the HS core needed to power the drives. and the plasma fusion engines wouldent have enough grunt to move something of that mass, so it probably couldent move.

I thought and said exactly the same thing after laying Halo 3. Then those whores made more shit to milk a somewhat decent story for more cash.

Still, at least giving more story to the whole realm would be great, especially if they explained at least more of the ruins you see in all of the Homeworld games, such as the broken up Dyson Sphere in the Karos Graveyard.

that could be done, but in a different game and different plot beginning, let homeworld be homeworld. not anything more. not anything less.

Well, a lot of people are predicting a prequel, to explain how the Bentusi had been a driving force in the destruction of the first Hiigaran empire, or how the Vaygr came to be nomads without a home world, etc.

Personally, I would love to see Sajuuk stripped apart and reverse-engineered, a new mothership built, and all cores used to jump to another galaxy altogether. Imagine all the rival aliens banding together in order to settle someplace else and found the descendants of the Progenitors.

    nice point man!

i just hope they drop projenitors, if they dont i aint buying.

i wont support a series that contradicts the hw1 plot with adding projenitors and "only 3 hyperspace cores"

Dude, they already started to build the game. It will have its own engine from the sounds of things, and will definitely beat anything intended for those ancient consoles people love nowadays. Hell, even my laptop leaves the PS3 in the dust and I got it for $400.

As long as a game is made professionally and not intended for consoles, it will beat everything out there, especially Crysis 2.

although, dont get me wrong, i enjoy the games because of gameplay and story and still play it because of.

but i first played it when you needed an expensive computer to do much better, so it looked like the norm to me.
