Love is Like Soup: Ch4- Soup Pt16

A/n I know you guys are probably mad at me for taking so long to post. Im doing my best to squeeze time in each day to work on this.


It was finally the day they had both had been waiting so long for. Joe awoke with Nick snug in his arms. They were squeezed together so tight on that small bed.

"Nicky." Joe sang into Nicks ear. Nick moaned for a moment. "Come on, baby, wake up."

"Ten more minutes." Nick replied as he tossed.

"Nicky..." Joe whined.

When Nick didnt respond back, Joe hatched an idea. Joe put his hands on Nicks waist and started to tickle the sensitive part of his sides. Nick immediately start to giggle and try to get away form Joe. Nick immediately jumped off the bed. Joe jumped off the bed to catch up with Nick. Joe grabbed Nick and tossed him to the bed and fell on top of him.

Nick gave the most adorable laugh. "Joey! Joey, let me go!"

"Are you going to wake up now?" Joe questioned.

"Yes. Yes!" Nick cried out.

Joe ended his tickling terror. Joe was now laying on top of Nick. Both boys were breathing hard in hopes of catching their breaths. Joe smiled down at Nick below him.

"Happy anniversary!" Joe said as he laid a kiss to Nick's lips.

Nick kissed back. "Two years. Wow!"

They started to get out of bed. "I know. I can't believe it either."

They walked hand in hand to the living room. Kevin was nowhere to be seen. What did greet their arrival was two giant boutiques of roses. There was a card in between the two vases. Printed on the front was Joseph and Nicholas. Nick picked it up and opened it up. Joe stood beside him and read it along with him. It was a hallmark card with a fancy design. It was a happy anniversary card. Kevin had written a letter inside.

Dear Joseph and Nicholas,

Happy 2 year anniversary! Even if I dont completely understand your relationship, I have come to accept it. Im happy that you have finally meet your true sole mate as I have. I wish you the best of luck for the future.

Kevin

"Aww." Nick commented. "That's so sweet of him."

"Yeah it is." Joe added. "And he finally accepts our relationship!"

"That pretty cool. It seems like a lot for people to understand why we would fall in love with each other."

"Did you find it odd when it happened?" Joe asked.

Nick thought back for a moment. "It took me a while to even believe that both of our feelings were real."

"I know I had a hard time understanding it." Joe admitted. "You know, I still remember the first day it happened like it were yesterday."

"How could you forget. It was two years ago." Nick and Joe walked out to the patio and sat on the deck. "Can you please tell me the story?" Nick pleaded to Joe.

Joe smiled. "Of coarse, Nicky. It was the day before my sixteenth birthday..." Joe began.
