A extremely powerful song.

I think its so sad in the scene with young wounded confederate lad in the church.

It really does bring a tear to your eye.

The storyline is mainly about the 3 guys trying to find the hidden gold. But then you have this scene which symbolises the loss and awfulness of the civil war and any other war.

Brilliant combination.

Have to say, the battle is probably one of my favouirte scenes

Have been trying to identify this song for ages. A very moving song - particularly the scene in the POW camp as Tuco is being tortured. Love it. Will hjave to try and track down a copy of the soundtrack on Amazon.
