i will give this a try again! i havent practiced in a while but now im noticing my inability to juggle anything for more than 30 seconds.

I had to read twice to notice that Sondre writes about HIS beard an not about the Great British BEARD Juggling store.

This is nit picky but I want to point this out. It is also possible that Anthony's raw skill level is so unbelievably high that it doesn't really matter how he juggles...
-
I wouldn't say there are flaws in his technique but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who doesn't have as low variance in throw trajectories as he does.
And I would agree that 6 or 8 balls shouldn't be kept too close, it feels and looks very awkward.
Of course there also the point of good muscle use. It would seem to me that having your arms either too close or too wide are both not really good at optimizing your muscle use.

I mostly use homemade 3 in. 170g rice/millet filled balloons. I do also use on occasion some smaller ones that I made for my kids they are about 2.25 in and 120 grams.

Leave it to Sondre to turn a discussion about juggling technique into a comparison somehow relating to his beard, haha...
Sondre, you mentioned in the video that Jason needed to make his pattern less sloppy. What do you suggest to do to make the pattern less sloppy? Is there a set of drills that you suggest?

I think what I said in the video would be what I would say about that - make the width and height of the pattern more consistent, and do more of the pattern itself rather than just some trick or siteswap. Also improve the technique/form overall, as I talked about.

So just run the 5 ball pattern more and make it more consistent...no particular drill or practice routine to make it better like lots of 522 or something? I personally am still in the 20-30 throws and catches stage of learning 5 ball so as you can imagine my pattern is always sloppy...just looking for ideas on how to improve. I have already taken your shoulder relaxed and arms lower advice and it has already begun helping.
