This is horrible. What has happened as a result here?

drug "invested" dump? not sure what that means, but actually its more like a construction site now and parking lots for an nhl arena. but good guess
-
If the artist's renditions in this video are what it would look like that would be GREAT! I would love to live there. Keep the box stores off of the waterfront. Move them elsewhere.

lookslike that place should be dozed and but something of value there.
Probally a drug invested dump now

Make good on your word and change the Video. Time has proven your facts are dead wrong. Oh, and I live down the road a short spell in South Buffalo, now that the Erie Canal restoration is completed can I expect to see you there on a daily basis? It turned out to be a 10 MILLION DOLLAR project that will offer Buffalo no revenue or tax dollars, so will you be there to support it? Bass Pro attracts MILLIONS of customers and tourists per year, lets see the canal revenue match what BPS provides!

The waterfront sat vacant owned by the transit authority for years. Bass Pro is the only reason people even remembered it existed. What now, Bass Pro is moving into the Aud and the Waterfront Project is moving towards building appartments on the site? That's exactly what a dying city with a dwindling population needs is upper class appts! This is why the youth are leaving Buffalo, people like yourself are too afraid of change and progress and stifle opportunities. By the way a FACT is TRUE!

you should be happy about bass pro shops, that is a great place....

Bass Pro Shops are awesome. If built you'll be glad you have one.

The people of Buffalo have a large parcel of Waterfront. Its called Lasalle park. Its trashed,Deep holes line the perimeters, potholes, broken glass. Why another waterfront access point when we cant even take care of the one we have? Buffalo needs the tax dollars .They need to sell that eight acres for personal home building .Huge homes would be built and put on the tax rolls . It wouldn't cost the tax payers a cent and would help makeup for the non-exsistent tax base in so many neighborhoods.

out with the old in with the new!
Your due diligence is skewed, and your facts and figures are completely wrong.

If you can prove to me a fact is wrong, I will faithfully change the video.

This is by far the closest thing to common sense being applied to the grand theft of our waterfront.
