Sorry, the Song of Solomon is not a book for sex and married couple. We should have respect and reverence for God's Holy Scriptures. This teachers used many vile words and went out of context with this beautiful Song of the Lamb's Marriage Supper. It beats me how people can do this. thanks.

Only a Satanic depraved person who does not understand the Great Mystery of the Church in (Ephesians 5: 22-33) will do what this man did, corrupting and deceiving his others a & his own very soul. @simonwdk There is no degree of uncertanity with ones who believes. They are called "God's Isles & Called out ones."( Isaiah 51: 5; 60: 9). God siad his ISLES shall wait for him & not run ahead teaching nonesence. God calls his own out of this perverted brick & mortar churches that are the DEAD Church of Sardis (Rev 3: 1) & Baal highplaces.
This man perverts the Word of God who is the Spirit of God. BTW the Scriptures said to remain Single if possible Matth 19: 11-12; I Cor 7 vs 20, 24, 32

No beleiver perverts the Scriptures. There is a reason God gave the Song of Solomon. It is not a book for Sex & Marriage. The Song of Solomon is the Key to the Gospel & gives the account of the Lamb's Marriage to the Bride, who is the Church/Body & Daughter of Zion or Jerusalem, ( Rev 21: 9; 19: 7), thus a book to be highly esteemed & not perverted.
The Fear of God is the begining of Wisdom, how is it that this Driscoll fellow has no fear of God in him & and claim a beleiver???

@hisbelovedsheep I fear we may be progressing along a tangent, losing sight of the original disagreement.... What exactly is it about what Mark says in this video that you don't agree with?

@hisbelovedsheep I realise that, in accordance with Matthew 24:13, we are only "safe" once we're in the kingdom of heaven, until then there's always a degree of uncertainty. However, Paul does seem to speak of believers as being dead to sin, even in this world, such as in Romans 6. And of course, we see that the only pre-requisites for salvation are a believing heart and confessing tongue (Romans 10:9). So in this way, if Mark believes and confesses, and endures in this, then he will be saved

@simonwdk The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Truth and is obviously not speaking from this man. Point of correction, We are not saved yet, no one is, so do not give this offensive man credit for being saved. Our Lord taught "But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved." Matt 24:13.
The everlasting covenant is a covenant of Peace and of The fear of the Lord Jeremiah 32:40. This man has no fear of God or he would not pervert the Lamb of God and his Bride Revelation 19:7; 21:9.

@hisbelovedsheep Hi! I don't want to offend, but I would encourage you to be cautious in the use of words. I'm thinking about verses like Proverbs 15:1 and Ephesians 4:29. By all means, if you disagree with messages preached in Christ's name, it is right, it is your responsibility to defend the bible. But remember that whether we like it or not, Driscoll is our brother in Christ, he is saved by grace like us and it isn't our place to condemn him. I say this to exhort and encourage! Not to annoy!

Does this perverted heathen Madman, Mark Driscoll, understand that the Song of Solomon gives the account of Our Lor'd's Marriage to his wife, the Daughter of Zion, & Birth of Sons to the Kingdom of Heaven & thus the heart & key to the Gospel? (Gal 4: 26-27; Rev 19: 7; 21:9, Rev 12: Rev 3: 7-13; Zach 2: 10, John 12: 15; Prov 31
