@multirahul85: There's a difference between a walk through drill (where someone is 'putting' their body into right position) and a jog/run through drill like their real action. This bowler doesnt have big knee drives in his REAL action, so is doing a walk through drill so he 'feels' what it's like to use his hips. Im guessing you bowl spin or you would know the difference between walking and running drills, if you bowled fast. The aim is to make the action like the walking drill if possible
this is nonsense....the 1st drill showed a high leg raise (the right leg) and then when he did the jog through and proper bowling his right leg was nowhere as high as it is supposed to be after the balls been delivered...which means the right leg raise after the delivery is nonsense and impractical and a waste of extra energy....so stop mentioning high right leg rise after delivery if u cant practice what you preach....
i dont get this drill. He's teaching us to walk by lifting the legs.
