are you back to normal? i hear lots of people arent like they were after surgery and they still limp. my acl tore in half and i can run, but sometimes when i turn while running it gives out.. but i tjhink its careful other than that

Mine is inside stitches on where hamstring removal is. And other is pulling by myself.
